I help clients learn to connect with their busy, critical minds in a new way. Our sessions are a place to slow down and consider how we might be stuck in the past. We consider the habits that are no longer serving us and try out new ways of being.

At the heart of my therapeutic approach is nurturing a self-compassionate mindset. This leads to greater self-acceptance and healthier connection with others.
